Return Policy


Product Damages During Shipping?
If your product is damaged during shipping you qualify for a replacement product or a full refund. Please take a picture of the damaged product and contact us at support@alpineoutdoors.com within 3 days of delivery. We will request a damaged merchandise image be email to our support team at support@alpineoutdoors.com. You will receive a UPS shipping return label via email. For home or office pick up call UPS Nationwide pick up at 1-800-742-5877. When your UPS return package tracking number is activated and your package is in transit we will ship the replacement product (Subject to Available Inventory) or issue a store credit/refund.


Incorrect Product Received?
If your product is not what you ordered you qualify for a replacement product or a full refund. Please take a picture of the incorrect product and contact us at support@alpineoutdoors.com within 3 days of delivery. We will request a picture of the incorrect merchandise image emailed to support@alpineoutdoors.com. You will receive a UPS shipping return label via email. For home or office pick up call UPS Nationwide pick up at 1-800-742-5877. When your UPS return package tracking number is activated and your package is in transit we will ship the replacement product (Subject to Available Inventory) or issue a store credit/refund.


Manufacturers Defects?
Please contact the product manufacturer for all warranty claims.


I Ordered The Wrong Product?
If your product is not what you thought it would be you qualify for a replacement product or a refund less a 20% restocking fee and return shipping. Please contact us at support@alpineoutdoors.com within 3 days of delivery. We can send you a UPS shipping return label via email. For home or office pick up or you can call UPS Nationwide pick up at 1-800-742-5877. When your UPS return package tracking number is activated and your package is in rout we will ship the replacement product (Subject to Available Inventory) or refund you order. If the replacement product is no longer in stock we will refund your order and you will need to re-order when the product becomes available.
